Our home is a 1940s wooden bungalow. We have renovated most of the house and are trying to be faithful to the art deco period without compromising warmth and comfort. Inside you will find an eclectic collection of furnishings. We are both avid collectors of all that is unusual.
After waking up to the sound of the birds you will be treated to a divine home-cooked breakfast. You will be spoilt for choice with produce that is either homemade and homegrown, or fresh and locally sourced. Breakfast options include eggs from our hens, bread, bacon, salmon, preserves, muesli, fruit, yogurt and fresh tea or coffee. Evening meals can be made by arrangement or we are just ten minutes from several fine restaurants.
We have two guest bedrooms which are warm and inviting and both look out over our stunning garden. All beds have electric blankets to keep away the winter chills.
Both rooms have queen sized beds. With pure cotton sheets, snuggly feather duvets and unique patchwork quilts.
Both bedrooms share a modern bathroom.
We have high speed Internet , phone and Sky television.
